"Good, Professional Driver"
I used viptaxi.com last week and had a good experience. The driver showed up on time, helped me with my bags, and drove calmly the whole way. Nothing awkward, just polite and easy. I’d use them again.

I used viptaxi.com last week and the car was really clean inside. The seats looked fresh, there wasn’t any weird smell, and everything just felt well taken care of. The pickup was maybe a little slower than I expected, but not a big deal at all. The driver kept the car nice too, and it made the whole ride feel a lot more comfortable.

"Fare was straightforward"
I was just booking a ride after running a couple errands, and the price showed up clearly before I confirmed. It ended up being the same at the end too, which I appreciated because I really didn’t feel like dealing with any random surprise charges

I’ve used VIP Taxi a handful of times, it feels like rolling the dice. Some days they show up right on time and everything goes smoothly, like the hero arriving in the final scene. Other times, I’m standing there watching the minutes disappear, wondering if my ride has vanished into another dimension. It’s not awful by any means, but if I’m in a serious rush or have somewhere important to be, I’m not sure I’d trust it with my fate

At first I was just hoping the ride wouldn’t drag on, but then the driver took some super quick route and we were there way sooner than I expected. I was like, okay, nice, no messing around, actually impressed.

"Payment felt more complicated than it needed to be"
I had a harder time paying than I expected. The payment options felt limited, and reading between the lines, it seemed like the system just isn’t set up with much flexibility for customers. I eventually got through it, but it was definitely more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

"Good ride from Sky Harbor"
I took VIP Taxi from Sky Harbor down to south Scottsdale, and it was a good ride. The driver knew all about the mess on the 202 and managed to get me there just fine. The car was clean, the fare wasn’t bad, and even though it took a few extra minutes for the taxi to show up, it wasn’t no big deal. I didn’t have no real complaints.

"Airport pickup was really unreliable"
I booked an airport transfer no driver showed up on time. Like I said, I was expecting someone to be there when I landed, but I ended up waiting around with no clear update. It was frustrating, and like I said, not the kind of service you want after a flight

"Booking details didn’t match"
I booked a taxi through viptaxi.com, but the reservation details were wrong. The pickup time was off, and the driver seemed to have different information than what I had entered online. It eventually got sorted out after a few phone calls, but it made the whole pickup way more stressful than it needed to be. Mistakes happen, but a company taking reservations should be accountable for making sure the details actually match. Not a complete disaster, but I expected better. 2 stars from me

"Not very comfortable, and I felt uneasy after paying"
The car wasn’t really that comfy. The seats felt cramped, and the ride was rougher than I expected. Also, after I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about everything because the service didn’t feel as reassuring or professional as I’d hoped.

I had to cancel my taxi booking last minute because my flight time changed, i was already thinking, “Great, this is going to be annoying.” But support got back to me faster than I expected and explained everything clearly, so that was a relief.
The refund didn’t show up right away, which had me checking my account like, “Okay… any day now?” but it did come through after a few days. I do wish the cancellation details were easier to find upfront, but overall it felt fair and was handled well. 4 stars from me.

"Got a ride whenever I needed one"
I’ve used viptaxi.com a few times now, mostly on busy evenings and once during an airport rush, and it’s been solid. Cars showed up quicker than I expected, which was a big relief when I was already running late lol. No big hassle or anything, just booked it and went. Defintely handy when you need a ride fast.

I had a minor issue with my booking time and got a little nervous at first. I sent them a message, and from the tone of their reply, I could tell they weren’t brushing me off or acting annoyed, which made me feel a lot better.
They fixed it quickly without turning it into a whole drama, and the driver still showed up on time. I really appreciate when a company just handles the problem instead of sending you in circles. I’d definitely use viptaxi.com again

"Always there when I need them"
i mean, I’ve used viptaxi.com a few times now and they’ve been on time every single time, which is all I really want from a taxi service.
My last booking was for an early morning airport ride, and the driver was already waiting outside a few minutes before pickup. That definitely took a lot of the stress out of it.
Nothing over the top to say, really. They’re reliable, easy to book, and I’ll definitely use them again

"Fair price and no surprise charges"
I booked a ride through viptaxi.com it was straightforward. The price looked fair when I booked, and I kept waiting for some random extra fee to show up afterward... but nope, nothing weird.
I did compare a couple of other options, and this one ended up making more sense for the same trip. At first I was like, okay, it’s not the cheapest ride on earth, but then I was like, you know what, honest pricing is actually a big deal. Driver was fine too, so yeah, I’d use them again.

"Booking was easy tbh"
I used viptaxi.com to book a ride and it was straightforward. The form was clear, and I didn’t have to click around a bunch, which I appreciated lol. Got everything booked in just a few minutes. Only thing I’d say is I wish there was a bit more info shown before the final step, but overall it worked fine.
